Automated Windows Setup

I have about 50 factory-fresh Dell PCs of type Optiplex 3060 Micro and Precision Tower 3420. I need to get all of them set up ASAP with basically the same configuration. What would be the most efficient way to achieve this? My first idea was to omit the existing Windows Installation alltogether by preparing my own preconfigured image and booting it via network. Then I learned about Dell Command Suite. Since it supposedly works even on a shutdown machine, can it somehow be used to get the existing Windows Setup to install silently and then apply my Settings? I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this.
