BIOS install.

Question

I have a Asus P5GC-MX/NTECH (i know it is not a dell product). The motherboard haven't any BIOS update and the motherboard doesn't save my settings.(when i saved settings it saved. But, when i shut down and unplugged from main, it reseted). (Because the original version is P5GC-MX/1333. My motherboard isn't original one.) But, the Optiplex GX620 have same hardware to my board. I like to buy the motherboard. But, i have 2 problems. 1.  It doesn't in mATX form factor. 2.  The motherboard is very expensive because i have only $10. My question is can i install DELL Optiplex GX620 BIOS rom on my old motherboard? (Because i like to DELL brand).           Sorry for my bad English because I am only 13 years old and I'm a Sri Lankan (sinhala).

Bios installs are specific to the computer manufacturer's motherboard. They are not interchangeable.
