Your post ended up in the English section instead of Italian. Hopefully your computer or phone (Google) translates. I couldn't include a screengrab of your post in English in hoping an answer will come. If you have not seen it, the language selection is at the top of the Dell Community pages.
Good evening, I updated the bios version 13 to version 16 following the procedures.
At startup, the green bar of the DELL logo stops and remains ready, whereas before it ran at the bottom and then I have to press F 1 to start Windows 7 which starts much slower.
Reason for the update is also a series of attempts in progress to reactivate the Samsung 850 EVO hard disk that has stopped working suddenly. Also for this if there is someone who has suggestions I thank you in advance.
If the machine no longer BIOS-Posts (so you can access BIOS menu) you might have killed or partially-bricked the motherboard with that A16 firmware-flashing.
If ePSA says 850evo-SSD is OK, you can try Safe-Mode. However, you might have to install that SSD in a different working machine (or use a USB-to-SATA enclosure or Tester) .
