Bluetooth driver
Hi my name is Ahmed Malick,
Is there Dell Optiplex 790 Bluetooth driver available? The Bluetooth code 43 problem is common. I want to fix it. There is no permanent solution.

Not usually (in comes with Windows 10).
You might need a driver if Bluetooth device is Dell-Proprietary (or actually connected to a Dell Proprietary Interface like their old Flex-Bay tech.)
What OS are you trying to run on this old machine ?
