Instead of using Rufus to make a bootable USB drive, go to Microsoft and download the media creation tool. That will create a USB with the Windows 10 installation files and it will be bootable without the need for a 3rd party software approach.
Thanks! For some reason, I got an error when using the media creation tool, which is why I switched to rufus, but upon retrying, it worked perfectly fine.
