boot guard failed optiplex 3040

Good morning everyone!

 

Recently in te company where i work, a computer shows the following message "dell boot guard verified failed; system wil shutdown", in which when pressing any key the computer shuts down.

The computer is an Optiplex 3040.

 

In the same way, the option to enter the BIOS doesn't apper and after trying to turn it on aproximately 5 or 6 times, the computer turns on and enters the user session whithout problems.

 

Anyone who has had a similar problem that can support me?

Go to How to initiate Bios Recovery. 

In regular use--Don't wait for any screen to get into bios- Tap F2 as soon as you reboot.
