Boot up problems
I am using a Optiplex 760 with Win 10 and recently used the Dell support site to upgrade the Bios fro A00 to A16 and having trouble booting isf I done use Boot up choice. I have now seen in research that A16 was a Win 8 update. Should I be having this problem?

Not sure if I understand you, but I'll try:
Exactly what happens when you power up/ boot the machine?
Have you looked at the settings to select which drive is the default boot device?
Have you tried resetting the bios?
The bios shouldn't be specific to a particular version of windows or any other operating system. It just loads whatever you have installed.
