Can’t power on pc after working inside the pc

first do a BIST of psu

if psu passes BIST then replace cmos battery and clear cmos by RSTRTC jumper

if psu fails BIST replace it or move on to newer pc

Hi i know its been many months but i think i know why it does not works and i believe its because the cpu pins were bent.
