Configuration clarification about Intel chip

I was browsing the Dell site and saw the configuration of one Optiplex model mentioning about the Intel chip: 'Acceleration Use Only Intel Core i5-9500', while the other Optiplex model simply mentioned: 'Intel® Core™ i5-9500T '. The former model was also cheaper than the latter.

What is the difference between the two configurations and why is there a price difference?

"I wanted to know what is meant by 'acceleration use only'."

That is neither an Intel nor Dell term so I have no idea in regards to CPU.

Perhaps you are referencing the marketing term TURBO Boost which is almost meaningless since

only the K models are unlocked.

Turbo boost is marketing not standard performance. " turbo boost " is just listed in specs to fool people and that you might get a boost it rarely if EVER happens. Maximum turbo frequency indicates the highest possible frequency achievable when conditions allow the processor to enter turbo mode.

Due to varying power characteristics, some parts with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology will not achieve maximum turbo frequencies when running heavy workloads and using multiple cores concurrently. Processors with the same model number running under the same operating conditions may see some frequency or power variance. This is a natural characteristic of silicon driven by variances in voltages, power, and leakage during the production process.

It 100% is a Dell term, as evidenced by its use on the Dell product page.

Was this ever actually answered? i dont see an explanation for "Acceleration Use Only Intel® Core™" Which is used by Dell on their products, as can be seen on Optiplex 3090s with 10th Gen Intel Core Processors. https://www.dell.com/en-us/work/shop/desktops-all-in-one-pcs/new-optiplex-3090-micro/spd/optiplex-3090-micro/s007daco3090mffus
