Connect two monitors with New OptiPlex 7060 Micro
I want to confirm whether I can connect two monitors with
New OptiPlex 7060 Micro, with on on HDMI and one on Display port.
Can anyone help?

I don't think thats a standard configuration option. You would have to be VERY Careful how its ordered because
1 x 3rd DisplayPort (Optional)
1 VGA (Optional)
1 HDMI 2.0b (Optional)
They come with regular Dual Display port but since its NOT ++ they might not have sound on the HDMI port.

If this is for someones desk and 2 LCD monitors (no projectors with only HDMI) ...
According to @speedstep posted pics, I would just use the 2 DisplayPort ports and call it done.
