Custom Dell Optiplex gaming computer
I thought I would post my custom Dell computer to see what others think. It's a great working computer even in 2020.

Dell Optiplex 9010 MT
Intel Core i7-3770 3.4GHz
ASUS GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER Overclocked 4GB GDDR6
24 GB DDR3 CORSAIR Vengeance LP memory
SAMSUNG 860 EVO 1TB (SSD)
Western Digital Blue 4TB Hard Drive (Data drive)
Windows 10 Pro

How did you get the fans to work with dell's special fan connectors?

Thanks. I saved that info. Do those adapter cables work with both the system fan and the cpu heatsink fan?
And those vengeance memories ...I notice you showed 4. Are they 6 GB each, since you have 24 GB memory?

Yes they work for both the case and cpu fan but the only thing I noticed is the case fan runs at full but these fans have a low noise adapter so just had to put that on the case fan, the cpu fan seems to run normal and quite. The rear Dell fan was just starting to get bad even though it was still working the bearings you could tell when you spin the fan was starting to get bad. It was better to just replace both fans at the same time.

The memory is one 16GB kit(two 8GB sticks) and one 8GB kit(two 4GB sticks)
