Dell 3020 cpu upgrade
Hi all,
i have dell optiplex 3020 with i3 4170 and i want to make sure that the i5 4570 and 4590 are compatible?
How of curiosity what's the best cpu I could put in? i7 4770?

I7-4790k is the top CPU for it, but Dell BIOS will not let you OC it and you'd need to upgrade heatsinks. I7-4790 might be the best bet.

Be sure to have the latest BIOS for your 3020 before upgrading any hardware first.
