Hello, I have a problem regarding my dell optiplex 380 computer, namely, the computer has not been used for a long time, but I want to start it up, but when I try, the yellow leds are displayed (numbers 3 and 4), nothing is shown on the monitor. Is there any way to solve this ? Thank you and best regards.

Lights 3 and 4 indicate a memory error.

With it powered off, reseat (unplug and plug back in) the memory and see if it helps.

While you have the cover off, the CR2032 coin cell battery on the motherboard should be replaced.

In agreement with fireberd.  Also, it's a 390 and not a 380.  So thanks for uploading the photo.  : )

Memory modules are detected, but a memory power failure has occurred.
  • If two or more memory modules are installed, remove the modules, then reinstall one module and restart the computer. If the computer starts normally, continue to install additional memory modules (one at a time) until you have identified a faulty module or reinstalled all modules without error. If only one memory module is installed, try moving it to a different DIMM connector and restart the computer.
  • If available, install verified working memory of the same type into your computer.
