I run support assist.
It doesn't find any missing driver, but the problem solved. The unknown device was disappeared!

this is normal on PCs if you turn off some things in BIOS,, lets look up you code on the huge device database
I'd say your network drivers are bad, not from DELL, reload them. FROM DELL..com.
