dell optiplex 5055 sff cpu upgrade
I've read on some forums about a modified BIOS... and that if I use a 600-watt power supply I could use an AMD Ryzen 5 5600. Is this possible?

Unfortunately you cannot upgrade to that cpu. Has nothing to do w psu upgrade. The bios does not support that cpu period.
