GTX 1650 is newer and a better option now once you update the 7010 bios to the latest version. Note that 75W is the base model but Higher power variants are also out there. Upgrade power supply to EVGA 700BR if you want to use something more like a 1660.
stock OEM psu for MT is 275W. PCIex16 (blue) can support up to 75W gpu.
If you upgrade psu to 460 W or higher, gpu can be upgraded to gtx1650 or higher. If $300 is budget limit, consider $200-250 gpu + $50 psu investment as top limit.

GT1030 is full height is the recommended model IMHO.
