That's a nice PC you're looking at.
The GTX 1660 SUPER is too much GPU for the I7-4770. The I7-4770 will bottleneck the GPU.
If you go with the 75w GTX 1650, you won't have to upgrade PSU's.
Screengrabs are from PC Builds: (The 9020 can't take an AMD CPU.)
