Still shouldn't spark.  I wouldn't plug any other monitor into it.  Recycle PC.

@bradthetechnut so it stopped sparking after new monitor but there are quite some problems two of ram sticks were broken thankfully the third one was fine. It started working pretty normally first it turned on and turned off I have no idea why so i turned it on and then 2 3 on diagnostic lights showed then after two beeps it turned into 1 2 3. As I know it means that error should show on monitor but my whole monitor is white, so it may be monitor problem or I just need to re-solder the gpu by heating it. I had the same problem with my latitude. I love dells and how easy are they to repair but the solder on these things is horrible.

2 broken RAM sticks?  Where did the PC come from, a dumpster?

@bradthetechnut It has worked for many years at greenhouses near water tanks.

@bradthetechnut im going to disassemble it, clean it, heat the gpu and if it doesn’t work then I will try replacing ram and maybe cpu look for normal graphics card and hope that it works

Whenever receiving a refurb or used PC, stick a new size 2032 battery it.  Bad batteries affect BIOS and therefore PC operation.  Could be why BIOS is running a fan on high.
