Dell Optiplex 780 Blinking Orange Light

Question

Hi, i would like to ask something about the Optiplex 780 I bought online (2nd hand). After almost one month of using,  the light on the power button turned orange in color and always blinking. I bought a new PSU, and its always the same. So i think there is nothing wrong with the PSU. The orange small light is also ON in the motherboard. When ever I pull out the ATX 12V, the PSU fan turns on and the CPU fan as well. But the blinking orange light stops and becomes steady.. Any thoughts? Thank you very much.

According to the Dell chart, a blinking power light is either power supply or motherboard.

If there is any recourse from where you got it try to get refund or compensation.

Considering this model was a 2010 model, better to put $$ toward a more modern PC.
