Dell optiplex 9010 solid white light no display

Hey, 

my desktop today has given up i turn it on and no display from dgpu and the igpu I tried disconnecting and replacing battery and checking the cables and everything is normal 

I saw this post (https://www.dell.com/community/Desktops-General-Read-Only/Turns-on-but-nothing-happens/td-p/4219183) and I tried what they said but i reach this step

“No difference, remove the memory from the system and try again.”

and it did beep so i dont know what to do after bc the psu has no problem
