Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF Bluetooth question

Recently bought a Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF, then found it doesn't have Wifi.

Day 1, the power supply packed up! Replacement in the mail.

Have bought a tp-link AC1200 Wi-Fi Bluetooth 4.2 PCIe Wifi/Bluetooth card/adapter.

Am I right in thinking that if I don't plug in the USB connector from the Wifi card,

I will get my Wi-Fi connection but sacrifice Bluetooth? I can live without Bluetooth.

The 9020 SFF appears to have only 2 internal USB ports, both of which are in use as front panel connectors.

Thanks for any and all advice!

Chris

Exactly correct. The USB connection is for Bluetooth and not plugging it in will not affect WiFi.
