The GTX 1660 requires an 8-pin power connector which your OEM power supply may not support. So the graphics card upgrade is a no go.

if you have 7020 MT you can upgrade psu to 365w dell oem psu for XE2 psu which has a 6 pin that can be converted to a 8 pin for gtx 1660.
