I have a 990 with a 265 WATT PSU. How can I tell if it is an APFC or EPA version??

It is an MT. The tag you posted was what i expected to see. Here is the tag on the PSU..

You did not state which version of 990 you have. Is it MT or SFF, etc.? If MT then it is rated 80 Plus Gold. The picture below should look like the label on your PSU. This link should help.
