contact success depends on the time of day.  when I had my Dell laptop trouble I contacted Dell 5-6 times.  80-90% time real agent was on line with me within 5 min. at one time no matter how long I waited no agent was available.  so try a different time to see if you get better luck.

The problem is that nobody from dell is replying to any of my messages.

The forum is not contact with pro support.

Pro support is 24 X 7 and has both phone and online contact information.

Pro support is a contract and has the contact info on the device.
