Can you see two SSD in BIOS as well as Windows explorer?
If you only see one ssd in explorer, what size is it? that is the ssd containing the OS.
If you only see one ssd in BIOS, first make sure the power and data cables of both ssd are securely connected at both ends. If yes but still only see one, may want to call Dell to find out warranty coverage.
If you see two ssd in BIOS but only one in explorer, find disk management in Windows settings and see if you can find both ssds there. post screenshot of disk management if you can.
