hellow guys

i have dell optiplex 780 and i was running window 7 but recently i want to upgrade to window 10 so what i did is i installed window 10 on another dell 780 and used acronis to clone the hard disk but when i inserted the hard disk it says error auto-sensing secondary master hard drive .... i took it out and put it in the computer it was before and it is now not even detecting the hard drive what could be the problem and how can i solve it

That never works. Windows always must be installed on the right computer--not a similar model-- for the hardware detection process and everything else. The ancient 780 will have trouble running windows 10--no drivers or bios- and will definitely have trouble with the dual boot. It needs to be on the main hard drive. If you want to experiment with windows 10 install it there but I don't recommend it.

There is no secondary master drive in Windows 10 and Win 10 doesn't like dual booting--which is what second master drive is called now. Also no Master/Slave drives. Modern bios settings do not support those.

The 780 uses sata so there are NO IDE master and SLAVE drives.
