Do a CMOS memory (BIOS) reset and see if that helps.
With the PC powered off, open the case and remove the CR2032 coin cell battery on the motherboard for at least 10 minutes. Reinstall and try to boot.
Note always include your exact model/type on any initial problem post. You noted model but not type such as Small Form Factor, mini tower, etc.
