tower psu is 240w. if you have i5 and sata ssd (no mechanical hdd and disconnect power to optical drive) you can probably support GTX 1050, 1050ti, 1650. you may slightly upgrade psu to 260w for 7060.
if you upgrade psu to Dell OEM 360 or 500w which are used in newer optiplex 7060/7070/7080, it can support more powerful gpu up to latest RTX 3000 series. these psu all have 6 pin ATX connectors known to be backward compatible in pinout to 3050/7050.
