Hi Possum1080,
It doesn't really matter which model or manufacturer of drive that you get. As long as the new drive is a SATA 2 (you can use SATA 3 but it will only run at SATA 2 data transfer speeds) and is 7200rpm, you can expect similar performance.

Thanks for the advise with the Spec details I need for replacing the hard drive in my Dell Optiplex 760.
