Having "Failed exporting some support files" Error

I am using the Search Dell Support Site feature in Repository Manager to add Optiplex 7020 driver to a repository that already has Optiplex 5050 driver in them. When I select the drivers I want, click export and choose my repository, it  tries for about 10 seconds, then says "Failed exporting some support files". I tried the same thing with Optiplex 7010 driver but had the same issue. Is this a Dell software issue or am I doing something wrong?
