change BIOS>sata operation to AHCI.  default may be RAID.  save change.  exit bios reboot

SATA Operation Allows you to configure the operating mode of the integrated hard drive controller.
  • Disabled = The SATA controllers are hidden
  • AHCI = SATA is configured for AHCI mode
  • RAID ON = SATA is configured to support RAID mode (selected by default)

Does it show in Disk Management?  It may need formatting before it's used for storage.  Use GPT partition scheme and NTFS for file system.

it is still RAID on.  you need to change it to AHCI and save change.

what about bios>system config>drive screen?

you installed a Sandisk ssd: The SanDisk X600 3D NAND SATA SSD

that is not a NVMe ssd.  it is a sata ssd.  no wonder it does not show

7080 MFF does not support sata M.2 ssd.  only NVMe M.2 ssd is supported.
