I found this is on eBay

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-Optiplex-XE2-T20-7020-9020-Precision-T3620-Power-Supply-365W-7VK45-T1M43/163914420988?hash=item262a0f92fc:g:tEUAAOSwdL5drml7 I was wondering is this an authentic dell power supply or just a cheap knock off? How do I tell? I'm looking to upgrade the 290w one that is currently in my dell 9020 mini tower. Please let me know and thanks.
P.S. Do I need a converter thing or could I just swap out my current psu with this one?

There isn't any way someone can validate a picture of something. Dell is not ebay and Dell forum users do not validate a seller based on a picture.  Thats why I prefer amazon and other vendors that guarantee you will get what you paid for or you get a refund.  In the case of fake items they cancel the seller and you dont have to send it back.  Ebay is harder to get your money back which is why you never to anything other than credit card because the card company will refund you where ebay wont.

There are scams all the time on ebay etc where you have a picture of a flat screen TV pasted on a piece of plywood that they sell you and disappear for example.  this unit does not need conversion cable.

The DPN is valid for the 365W unit. The DPN is valid for the 365W unit.

I'm not the biggest fan of ebay and I was just looking for an opinion not an absolute answer.

A couple-few years ago, I bought a few low priced items direct from the same country as that PSU would be coming from through ebay.  Before I knew it, I had hack attempts and hacks on some of my accounts.
