To verify if the graphics card is compatible with your PC, first, check your chassis for fitment clearance, second, check your power supply for available graphics power connector, if none, your upgrade plan will be limit to 75w slot power in a tower and 50w slot power in a small form factor.
A standard specifications for GTX 1050 ti suggests power supply of 250w. It requires 75w slot power and will take up double slot on your board. You can scroll down on the linked page to learn the measurements for other variants.

It is a mini tower with 275w. If you have original equipment (no modification of PSU) from Dell, it will support your upgrade GTX 1050 TI.
