Intel(R) 82579LM Gigabit Network Connection problem (yellow triangle)

old Del Optiplex 7010 MT windows 10pro

i have internet problem, when i visit bios or boot menu, and i go back to windows so the internet connection doesn't work .
Also the same when i turn on the pc

The Internet connection can then be restored when , Intel(R) 82579LM Gigabit Network Connection settings: adaptive inter-frame spacing-> manually enable/disable.

i uninstalled Intel(r) 82579LM Gigabit Network Connection, rebooting. And pc find the same version from hard drive.(12.17.10.8 )

Intel's page is a mess, no new drivers can be found there...
After all, the fault may be not only with the drivers

Have you tried this current driver (complete driver pack) dated 8/25/2023?

@JOcean​ Yes, I have watched it several dozen times. includes software for every OS and lots of programs and what i only need to win 10driver Intel(R) 82579LM Gigabit Network Connection.And strictly speaking, there is no such thing in the packages, at least not clearly stated

@Vittu100​ Strange since page 10 of the release notes here clearly state Windows 10 and 11.
