It's going into saving when I switch it on

If you mean your monitor enters power save mode when you switch on pc it suggests no video coming out of pc, either a no post issue or video cable/monitor not working properly. make sure video cable connected securely and visually inspect cable connectors are not broken. verify monitor display mode is set to auto.  If the pc cannot post, first thing is replace cmos battery w a new one then clear cmos settings by mobo jumper.
