Keyboard Errors
I have several keyboard errors. For example, Shift + 2 should produce an at sign, instead it produces a quotation mark. The reverse is also true. Shift + apostrophes should produce a quotation mark, instead it produces an at sign. I have been able to work around but it is annoying. Is there a way to fix this without losing all the information on my hard drive? Thanks.
I was told in a chat session that I should do a Hard Reset to solve my keyboard problems. Will a Hard Reset result in loss of documents, contacts, etc.?
Note: This comment was created from a merged conversation originally titled Hard ResetWell you know that information is saved on hard drive right? So if it is saved it should be no loss. So still they making fun of you. If you keyboard have problems try running it on safe mode from bios and see what it does, if ti works it might be some drivers issue. Try to go on your keyboards manufacturers page and download latest drivers.

have you tried a different USB keyboard or a different USB port of MFF 7020?
