mcafee issue - dell opti7050 - cannot open computer

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue with my dell opti 7050 desktop - it seems i cannot log into my computer. Every time i open it it briefly dispalys the mcafee login screen but then it dissapears and restarts - and it keeps doing this in a loop, without me having a change to enter my mcafee credentials and log in.

Did anyone encounter this issue up until now? If so, is there a way to fix it?

id not give penny for McAfee junk not me.

but'

  • power on,  F2 see BIOS event logs first
  • then power on run F12 diagnostics, see HW really is GOOD?
  • is this w10 ,sure, one trick on all W10 PCs is to disable fastboot, google how w10 is w10 and everyone knows how to do that,  (what it does is blocks the hiberfil.sys image boot from working and making fresh slow boot happen using real drives file by fie. slow.  and then works ok,,
  • get rid of mCAfee, just use w10 defender, (security) MS AV is PRIME GRADE and is all you need today.
