To upgrade you must replace all the ram. You cannot add any since there are no slots open. This is the best ram supplier for Dell--

It's only important to match ram if you are adding ram. It does not need to be the same brand, just the same specs. Replacement ram just needs to be compatible and Crucial guarantees that.
