The method I mentioned is legal and Win10 should use the product key that's in BIOS.  Did you do it this way?:  When product key window appears, click on "I don't have a product key"  Then Win10 uses product key in BIOS.  "when I tried inserting it again" - Tried manually entering product key?  Shouldn't have to.

Last year, I ended up doing quite a few Win10 reloads, all with the product key that's in BIOS.  But I have a 7010 and not a 780.  So I'm sure experience could vary there.

Not too many options there.  Try a different keyboard and mouse as you planned in your other thread.

Do your USB's work?  Like, if you plugged in your phone or another device, is there power?  Or can you get a keyboard light to come on?

Another idea:  Are you able to access BIOS or the Boot & Diagnostics menu, or are you still in the middle of loading Win10?

I had already tried different devices and it still didn't show up nothing.

And yes, both the keyboard and the mouse work before entering the Win 10 setup, after entering in that phase, the keyboard is not recognized anymore and all the lights turn of and the mouse LED just turns off too. All the USB ports are working, because I had verified all of them before this happened.

And yes, if you're talking about the computer BIOS I just need to press F12 and In the same screen I can access both, but I hadn't run the diagnosis. And, yeah, due to this problem, I can't install Win 10

When loading Win10, did all previous partitions get deleted?  Then, when clicking on Next or Install, it'll automatically make the new partitions and load.  This part may have nothing to do with your keyboard, just a tip to get Windows reloaded.

As for keyboard and mouse not working in the middle of Win10 setup, I'm baffled.  It sounds like it's turning off your USB's.

I haven't had my 755 for a few years now, so I can't see your Legacy BIOS.  Google was little help.  In BIOS, go into Onboard Devices.  You should then see a list of USB's.  Make sure nothing is set to "suspend" or auto power off.  Windows has a USB Selective Suspend feature I turn off.  So I figure it can't hurt to check the USB's in BIOS.

No, nothing like that, I just accessed the Advanced Startup Options from Windows 10 and selected "Reset this Pc" and then after all of that is done, it goes to that screen where you select the country, language and etc. After reaching there, I was unable to use the keyboard and mouse. I really don't know what's happening.

As for the USB's, all of them were working before this happened. This machine BIOS is A15, so all of the options regardless of USB's are activated. I didn't found nothing that suspended or power off things though.

Have you tried a clean/fresh install of Win10 instead of trying it's recovery options?  That's what I was thinking of when I made this pgh.:  When loading Win10, did all previous partitions get deleted? Then, when clicking on Next or Install, it'll automatically make the new partitions and load.  This part may have nothing to do with your keyboard, just a tip to get Windows reloaded.

I don't know if you have Win10 on a flash drive or DVD already, so:  Download Windows 10 Disc Image (ISO File) Microsoft Site

On a working PC, download the Win10 iso file to an 8GB (or more is fine) flash drive formatted to FAT32.  Then, on the 780, boot from the flash drive.

Well, that could work, but I already tried that and a bigger problem came. I had already used the key that came with the machine and I was able to activate the current Windows 10 version with that key, although when I tried inserting it again, it failed. Its totally impossible for me to buy an Windows 10 copy so...I was hopping that there would be a legal solution to this situation.

NOT a dumb question.  I'm just glad the thing finally went.

You're welcome and you have a good day too!!  : )

I lost time last year with the reloads I mentioned because Win10 kept corrupting itself due to a configuration I had.  It even corrupted a storage drive.
