Need advice on Optiplex 7050
Hi All,
I have an issue with my Optiplex 7050
Each time my pc is locked mode, sleep mode, there is no response from my mouse cursor and keyboard. However my CD ROM drive Im able to open and close. I have to force shut down and boot up and it works normally.
What might be the issue?
