Need help
The pc I have is a Optiplex 7010 and it turns on but when I plug it into the monitor it says that there is no input from pc before having this problem I had another problem the monitor would show a black screen with only the cursor and after turning it off and on for some time then it would actually work

If it is Dell legacy 7010 (end of life), replace cmos battery w a new battery then clear cmos settings via motherboard jumper

What type of monitor do you have and what connection method are you using - onboard VGA or DP? or using a graphics card?
When you read the link that redxps630 gave, read the part about resetting BIOS via blue jumper on motherboard.
Please confirm if you have the 7010 that came out in 2012 or new one introduced in 2023.
