OptiPlex 3010, drivers

Awhile ago I bought this ps/2 connect thingy since my Optiplex has a connector for it. It works fine but windows can't recognize it and calls it an unknown device and the ps/2 keyboard doesn't want to work at all. Works well in the bios and whatnot but never works when windows load, I'm not sure if I need a driver for this card or something else, i recently updated the bios but that didn't solve my issue. I'm not even sure if the card works for an older Dell PC or mine is just faulty and old.
