According to the tech guide, even the screw holes look exactly the same.
I did my own searches and the part # you gave came up for both DT and MT versions.
They appear to be a match.
For some DT's and MT's it's not unusual for Dell to use the same or very similar MB's. With my backup 790, the only difference I could find is the DT has one less SATA port.
