Optiplex 3020 and fan control.
So there is an option for fan control in the BIOS, what does it do if I turn it off and does Dell or Intel have a fan control software?

There is no fan control option other than AIRPLANE MODE THE DESKTOP GOES AIRBORNE.
So the settings are Normal and MAX FAN Always which is VERY LOUD.
