Optiplex 3030 AIO, won't boot

Hello all,

My Optiplex won't boot. No DELL logo, nothing. OSD screen is work but I cant switch to PC mod. Power LED is OK but in this state every 1 min or 2 min, the Optiplex is switch to off and restart again.

Any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated

* List everything currently plugged into the AIO
* Run the PSU (power supply unit) BIST (built in self test)

Nothing. Turn off at night and next morning i have this problem

* List everything currently plugged into the AIO

I remove all devices (printer, scanner, card reader...)


* Run the PSU (power supply unit) BIST (built in self test)

The led is always greenIMG_0081.jpg

* Disconnect the power cable from the 3030
* Stand it up
* Connect a wired USB mouse and wired USB keyboard to the rear USB ports
* Connect a VGA monitor to the blue VGA rear port
* Turn the VGA monitor on
* Reconnect the power cable to the 3030
* Turn the 3030 on
* Do the keyboard LEDs flash? Press F2 on the keyboard
* Does the 3030 BIOS appear on the VGA monitor?

I have AIO 9030 with i7 not 3030

* Disconnect the power cable from the 9030
* Stand it up
* Connect a wired USB mouse and wired USB keyboard to the rear USB ports
* Connect a monitor with an HDMI in port to the rear 9030 HDMI out port via an HDMI to HDMI cable
* Turn the monitor on
* Reconnect the power cable to the 9030
* Turn the 9030 on
* Do the keyboard LEDs flash? Press F2 on the keyboard
* Does the 9030 BIOS appear on the HDMI monitor?

Sorry for delay

I try but no luck. No sign to keyboard or in the screen..

The processor cooler is work as well but not sign a live from PC...

Then you need to disassemble it. Disconnect/reconnect all cabling, cards, memory, etc. to the motherboard. Retest. If still no go, boot up without the memory to see if you get any beeps. If still no go, bad motherboard.
