OptiPlex 3046 MT, GPU upgrade
Hi All,
I have an OptiPlex 3046 MT, but I added some things as RAM, HDD. Now, I want to add a graphic card, but I'm not sure what I should add the graphic card. I read AMD Radeon R5 240 / R7 250, AMD Radeon R5 340X / R7 350X on Dell support site. But I'm not sure the watt is enough or not. Because I added RAM and HDD. Totally I have 2x8GB DDR4 2133MHz RAM and 128GB SSD 2.5" + 1TB HDD 3.5" + 500GB HDD 2.5". Can you help me about this pls? Which one can I add specific cards in my PC as 2GB or 4GB, GDDR3 or GDDR5? Can I add a nVidia card? I found below link and R7 350X 65W, but GT 1030 30W...

Our 240w PSU (power supply unit) could run three drives, 16GB ram, and the Dell OEM video card =
W42M3, F9P1R AMD Radeon R5 240 Low profile
7W12P, C48KP AMD Radeon R5 240
X0CVJ AMD Radeon R5 340X Low profile
Y7XRF, KG8WY AMD Radeon R5 340X
N81X7 AMD Radeon R7 350X Low profile
6HP90 AMD Radeon R7 350X
I do not see an Nvidia option in the list.

Thanks for your return. I saw this link GT 1030 for same model https://www.dell.com/community/Optiplex/Optiplex-SFF-mini-tower-graphics-card/m-p/6023730 and I saw another sites. But I couldn't sure and I wanted ask in here. If I buy GT 1030, it can't run?
