Optiplex 3060 HDD Issue

This is the way you work with your customer I want solution for my system and I call on your CC number for 3 times and inform all my issue about HDD

But no one is getting proper answer, One who understand my concern and call get dropped after that i wait for some time for call back but no one call back,

After that I Again call on CC number and inform all my concern and that person told call has been logged and you will get mail confirmation in 1 or 2 hours but

Still not received any single mail from your end.

 

We purchase Pro support and this type of we get support.

 

Kindly look into and Call me back.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
