Optiplex 3060 M2 not booting
We have OptiPlex 3060 using M2 Hard drive. We image them form a master image. We place in our Dell kace 2000 server. but when we boot up the OptiPlex it says no HD available. SO I keep the network cable in and boot LEGACY onboard NIC then I's able to finish installation of windows 10 LTSB. Then I reboot the PC to attach it to our network and it can't find the HD.
????? what is wrong. Please help

Legacy Booting is not an option for NVME or SATA drives on processors and chipsets past skylake.

The F6 INTEL RST mass storage drivers are required as is GPT and UEFI. Newer Class 3 systems DO NOT HAVE CSM. This Driver IS REQUIRED.

The reason the option is called "Legacy External" is because Newer Optiplexes only support booting external USB devices in Legacy mode. Internal devices must be booted in GPT/UEFI mode.

Users can perform bare metal operating system recovery and installation, direct from firmware, using nothing more than an Internet connection. Apple has been this way for quite some time. Such a thing really wasn't practical with a BIOS. INTEL VPRO can do other things like redo the bios and reinstall the OS remotely.
Earlier versions still have CSM and Legacy mode but new systems will ONLY SUPPORT 64 bit os and Only support UEFI. Legacy MBR is gone.
