Looking at the documentation there is no microphone.
There is a jack on the front panel for an external microphone.
Here is the Dell spec's.

No (it is not a laptop).
Actually, I can't say I've ever seen a desktop with a built-in mic.
Anyway, it would not work as the mic should be closer to the person(s) talking (not where-ever the 3070-Micro is stashed).
As it is, you can buy a nice quality one ... in the proper form-factor for your purpose.
