3080 stock sff psu is 200w which means no 6 pin gpu power connector. you can install a card that has TDP < 75 W that does not require a 6 pin. For more powerful card you need to upgrade psu to one used in 7080 tower.
Dell spec:
NVIDIA GeForce GT730
Two DisplayPort
2 GB
GDDR5
AMD Radeon R5 430
Two DisplayPort
2 GB
GDDR5
AMD Radeon RX 640
Two mini DisplayPorts
One DisplayPort
4 GB
GDDR5
